Every time you think of a memory, you trigger an emotion that leads to another memory with the same feelings. After a while, you can see how this keeps you stuck as you get so used to the feelings you constantly had in the known past.
To get rid of the self, one ideally needs to create new and pleasant memories. To do this, you have to do new things. In this way, unique parts of your brain will be activated so that you can live in a world of possibilities and a lesser-known reality.

When everything seems suspended, it is elementary to lose confidence. After a time, you start to wonder if there will be a new normal that will involve moving on.
